– Meleterus montanus Aldrich, 1926a: 20. Type data: holotype female (USNM). Type locality: Mexico, Chihuahua, Sierra Madre, head of Rio Piedras Verdes, 7300 feet (on flowers of Rhus glabra).
nuperus Reinhard, 1956.– Georgia (S&A, 1965), Ontario, Québec (CNC).
– Meleterus nuperus Reinhard, 1956a: 124. Type data: holotype male (CNC). Type locality: USA, Georgia, Yonah Mountain.
