Genus Gnadochaeta Macquart, 1851

GNADOCHAETA Macquart, 1851: 200 (also 1851: 377) (see note). Type species: Gnadochaeta coerulea Macquart, 1851, by original designation [Neotropical].
ANGIORHINA Brauer & Bergenstamm, 1889: 163 (also 1890: 95). Type species: Tachina crudelis Wiedemann, 1830, by monotypy.
MYIOPHASIA Brauer & Bergenstamm, 1891: 58 (also 1892: 362). Type species: Tachina aenea Wiedemann, 1830 (= Myiophasia australis Townsend, 1916), by monotypy [Neotropical].
PHASIOCLISTA Townsend, 1891b: 369. Type species: Phasioclista metallica Townsend, 1891, by original designation.
ENNYOMMA Townsend, 1891b: 371. Type species: Ennyomma clistoides Townsend, 1891, by original designation.
ENNYOMMOPSIS Townsend, 1915f: 109. Type species: Loewia nigrifrons Townsend, 1892, by original designation.
EULOEWIA Townsend, 1915f: 109. Type species: Loewia globosa Townsend, 1892, by original designation.

Note: There are two original spellings for Gnadochaeta Macquart (1851): Gnadochoeta in the text (pp. 200–201) and index (p. 291) and on plate 21, and Gnadochaeta in the figure explanation (p. 286). The First Reviser has not been determined but Gnadochaeta is in prevailing usage and without evidence to the contrary this spelling is accepted as the correct original spelling.
