Genus Cyrtophleba Rondani, 1856

CYRTOPHLEBA Rondani, 1856: 68 (also subsequently spelled Cyrtophlebia, Cyrtophloeba, unjustified emendations). Type species: Tachina ruricola Meigen, 1824, by original designation [Palearctic].
EUCYRTOPHLOEBA Townsend, 1916i: 316. Type species: Eucyrtophloeba rhois Townsend, 1916, by original designation [Neotropical].


coquilletti Aldrich, 1926.– British Columbia to California and New Mexico, also Michigan to Massachusetts, south to Illinois and New Jersey (S&A, 1965), Saskatchewan to New Brunswick, also Tennessee (CNC), West Virginia, Virginia (WVU).
– Cyrtophleba horrida Coquillett, 1895d: 101 (junior homonym of Cyrtophloeba horrida Giglio-Tos, 1893). Type data: syntypes, 2 males and 2 females (USNM). Type localities: USA, Massachusetts (New Bedford), New York (Ithaca) and Illinois (Algonquin).
– Cyrtophleba coquilletti Aldrich, 1926a: 12 (nomen novum for horrida Coquillett, 1895).
