RONDANIA Robineau-Desvoidy, 1850: 192. Type species: Rondania cucullata Robineau-Desvoidy, 1850, by monotypy [Palearctic].

dorsalis (Coquillett, 1902).– British Columbia, Idaho, Nevada, Utah (S&A, 1965), Alaska, Yukon, Northwest Territories (CNC). Note: Records in Sabrosky & Arnaud (1965) from British Columbia, Nevada and Utah were possibly based on misidentified specimens.
– Hyalomyodes dorsalis Coquillett, 1902b: 108. Type data: holotype male (USNM). Type locality: USA, Idaho, Moscow.
